The writer recently visited Mi Gallery located at RDC, Ghaziabad and the way the manager of the gallery, Nitin Goyal, organized everything was simply commendable. The rush was manifold, and in spite of being understaffed, with the able assistance of one of the front desk executive, Shahshank; Nitin promptly resolved the issues of the writer.
I hope that Mi, will reward this deserving manager in their workforce duly; as it is this attitude that go on to build loyal customers for any brand.
