Starting port, Mumbai with destination port, Delhi. The flight was
on time, Assistant Manager, Pooja Hussain made sure that the guest was
comfortable.
She, together with the cabin-crew Nylie, Kime & Princy ensured a pleasant flying experience; though the airline can hugely improve on the menu as well as quality of the meals served. Also, the managerial staff should have the authority for upgrades for media & writers, at their discretion (if they feel the guest won;t create a nuisance), if the seats available, having traveled worldwide many airlines across world follow this policy.
