Aftersales is the most important aspect for any Brand; more so in the service industry. It not only retains customers, but also, helps build new customers with a positive word of mouth.

The writer recently visited Mi Gallery located at RDC, Ghaziabad and found that the Service Manager Ajit Yadav was very prompt and delivered his best to the satisfaction of the customer. All the customers seemed to be happy with the way he put them at ease.

There is no doubt that the fact that Xiaomi is a market leader today is only because of a workforce that consists of teamleaders like Ajit Yadav.

Approach & Connectivity
The hotel is located in Panjim, in Goa, India. It is 45 minutes to an hour's drive drive from the airport. Taxi costs around INR1000. The hotel is right in the heart of Panjim and is in the middle of the market place.

Food, Rooms & Service
The hotel serves a delicious breakfast and if you are not  heavy eater, you will like the breakfast. The rooms are comfortable.

The service of the staff is mostly good, and surprisingly better than many 5-star hotels! The writer would like to particularly pick Manchit Karekar. Extremely courteous, he goes out of his way to make guests comfortable.

Final Word
In it's category, a near perfect hotel for stay in Panjim, Goa.

Film Review - Baadshaho

One line Verdict: Baadshaho has a compelling 1st half, but falters in the 2nd half, particularly, the end.

A prompt & hassle-free service is very important in the service industry. This is one attribute that keeps the brand ahead of it's competitors & rival brands.

The writer recently visited Mi Gallery located at RDC, Ghaziabad and the way the manager of the gallery, Nitin Goyal, organized everything was simply commendable.

The Service Manager Ajit Yadav was equally good. He was prompt enough to detect the problem in the handset and set it right.

The rush was manifold, and in spite of being understaffed, with the able assistance of one of the front desk executive, Shahshank; Nitin promptly resolved the issues of the writer.

I hope that Mi, will reward this deserving manager in their workforce duly; as it is this attitude that go on to build loyal customers for any brand.

One Para Not Just A Review - Dangal

Dangal is a biopic on the maverick wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat; he created history by turning 3 of his daughters and a niece, into wrestling sensations. A film on such a personality is bound to be interesting, add to that social issues like Women Empowerment & Girl Child; it is impossible to go wrong. The script by Nitesh Tiwari, Piyush Gupta, Shreyas Jain, Nikhil Mehrotra is the real hero of the film; as also a fab debut by Fatima Sana Shaikh! Another actor who deserves special mention is, Aparshakti Khurrana; as Omkar, he is pitch-perfect! First half is outstanding; the tone is set with the pre-credits opening scene itself, very effective! The only blemish, the film suffers from the usual second half sag. Two of the most crucial scenes in second half, make faint impact; so unlikely, as for most of the film Nitesh has audiences hooked on the film. The scenes are parallel cutting of Geeta's descent & Babita's ascent in wrestling; and the very important scene where Babita tells Geeta to say sorry to their father, immediately followed by her call to Mahavir. The emotions delivered were very very less, than required; the power ought to be such that everyone in the audiences would've tears in their eyes! Not much of Babita in the film, are the makers planning Dangal 2!

Review - The Mummy Teaser

Universal released it's upcoming fantasy-thriller 'The Mummy' toplined by Tom Cruise. Cruise took to his official Twitter handle to release the teaser, writing, "I'm excited to help bring #TheMummy to life. I can't wait for you guys to see the full trailer Sunday."

In the 15 second teaser, Cruise's character says, "I saw her. She is real"; followed by quick cuts of a mummy being removed from an underground crypt and Cruise running as the creature comes to terrorize the world amid the proclamation, "Welcome to a world of gods and monsters."

The Mummy reboot also stars Courtney B. Vance, Sofia Boutella, Annabelle Wallis and Jake Johnson. The Alex Kurtzman directed film is scheduled to open on June 9, 2017.

The writer flew Air Vistara in the domestic sector in India on December 27, 2016.

 

Starting port, Mumbai with destination port, Delhi. The flight was on time, Assistant Manager, Pooja Hussain made sure that the guest was comfortable.

 

She, together with the cabin-crew Nylie, Kime & Princy ensured a pleasant flying experience; though the airline can hugely improve on the menu as well as quality of the meals served. Also, the managerial staff should have the authority for upgrades for media & writers, at their discretion (if they feel the guest won;t create a nuisance), if the seats available, having traveled worldwide many airlines across world follow this policy.

Is Air Vistara recommended

The writer would recommend the airline after his personal experience, though as mentioned, meals served, could be better.
