The hotel serves a rather wide spread for breakfast, lunch, dinner; but lacks consistency.The rooms are comfortable, the suite has an extra sitting room; though it could've been better.
Staff is good to average; though the writer would like to particularly pick Dilwar Chauhan. He is the star-performer; probably Front Desk Staff can train better and take a cue from Dilwar in attending guests with that extra edge that gives 'wow' hospitality experience!
