The writer flew Indigo in the domestic sector in India on December 20, 2016.
Starting port, Delhi with destination port, Goa. The flight was delayed, but Senior Manager, Pankaj Bhatt made sure that the guest was comfortable.
He
is the perfect example that good service by staff, can win, but most
importantly retain customer for the airline; with so much competition,
this is a must. Also, it works as complementary Marketing & PR for
the airline, as well build customer base with a strong word of mouth.
